Registration form::

Registration is now open.

A pdf registration form is available. This is the only form that is to be used to register for DAC. You may print it and fax it to the number included on the form, or send it snail mail to the address included on the form.

Places are strictly limited to a maximum of 250 participants for MelbourneDAC.

The application form mentions that registrations closed April 11. See this note if you'd still like to register.
