Within the Media Studies program at RMIT we have been teaching hypertext theory and practice since 1995. This has very specifically explored standalone and web based hypertext, with an emphasis on the critical work that has been done about hypertext by various humanities scholars.

- Online Hypertext Theory and Practice (1998) This was a version of the course where all course notes and lecture material was routinely written in Storyspace then republished weekly into HTML.
